The wait is over! Jason Wu launched his new contemporary and much more affordable line, Miss Wu, today exclusively at Nordstrom (for the first month). The 40-piece collection, inspired by stylish icons from the ’60s like Marianne Faithfull and Jane Birkin, features a sweet and youthful take on his designs. Stripped sweaters, printed A-line and shift dresses and flirty minis are all priced between $190 and $800. To celebrate this new range the designer released a short film directed by Todd Cole and staring Meghan Collison as Miss Wu. “The Jason Wu collection is my aesthetic, my design sensibility. Miss Wu is my personality. It’s fun to explore that facet of who I am- more downtown, with a relaxed attitude,” reveals Wu to Nordstrom.
